The PRO 20 kg Small weight vest from Thunder Fitness is designed for people under 178 cm with narrower shoulders and a tighter fit. It includes 26 removable weight bags of approx. 750 g each, making it easy to increase the weight step by step from 1 to 20 kg.

The detachable phone pocket with an elastic fit holds all phone sizes and is easily attached with a plastic buckle. Strong Velcro straps keep the vest securely in place whether you are walking, running, or doing bodyweight exercises such as pull-ups, dips, and push-ups.

Note: Due to its high weight, the vest is delivered in two separate shipments. All weight bags are included – no additional purchases are needed.

The Small model is ideal for people under 178 cm who want a weight vest with a snug fit and narrower shoulder section. Use it for walks to increase calorie burn, for running to improve fitness, or combine it with strength exercises such as chin-ups, dips, and lunges.

Start with a lower weight and gradually increase. If you are over 178 cm, we recommend the Weight Vest PRO 20 kg Normal instead. Cleaning is easiest with hand washing; machine washing at 40° works but can wear out the foam rubber material around the weight pouches. Always remove the weight pouches before washing.
