It includes 38 removable weight bags weighing approximately 520 g each, making it easy to adjust the weight incrementally between 1 and 20 kg – whether you're walking, running, or doing heavy bodyweight exercises.

The detachable phone pocket with an elastic fit accommodates all phone sizes and attaches easily with a plastic buckle. Strong Velcro straps provide a stable and snug fit that keeps the vest in place throughout your workout.

If you are under 178 cm, we recommend the Weighted Vest PRO 20 kg Small. Cleaning is easiest done by hand washing; machine washing at 40° works but can wear down the foam rubber material around the weight pouches. Always remove the weight pouches before washing.
