The vest includes 38 removable weight bags of approximately 250 g each, making it easy to adjust the weight between 1 and 10 kg depending on your workout and exercise.

The detachable phone pocket with an elastic fit accommodates all phone sizes and is secured with a plastic buckle – a feature many have requested. Double, strong hook-and-loop straps provide a stable and snug fit that keeps the vest in place even during intense movements.
