The Thunder Fitness Pilates ball is made of durable, phthalate-free PVC and features an anti-burst function for safe use. It is excellent for Pilates, yoga, core training, and rehabilitation where you want to activate stabilizing muscles and improve body control and balance.

Choose the size according to your height: the purple 60 cm ball suits those up to approximately 165–170 cm, and the blue 70 cm ball suits taller individuals. The included pump makes it easy to inflate the ball at home.

Inflate the ball to about 80% the first time and let it rest for 24 hours before fully inflating it – this ensures a longer lifespan and optimal performance.

The Pilates ball is suitable for a wide range of exercises – use it for sit-ups, plank variations, and back exercises to strengthen your core, or as a seat cushion during office work to passively activate stabilizing muscles. It works just as well for yoga and stretching sessions as it does for active rehabilitation after an injury.

Always inflate the ball at room temperature and never exceed the maximum diameter. The first time: inflate to about 80% and wait 24 hours before fully inflating it. Store the ball away from sharp objects and direct sunlight to extend its lifespan.
