Set of 5 mini bands with different resistance levels – perfect for warm-ups, strength training, and rehabilitation. Chemically tested, carrying pouch and exercise manual included.

Thunder Fitness Mini Bands include five durable rubber bands with resistance ranging from X-Light to X-Heavy. This makes it easy to adapt and progressively increase the load regardless of your fitness level. The bands effectively activate the glutes, hips, shoulders, legs, and arms – and work just as well for warm-ups as for main exercises.

All bands are chemically tested and free from phthalates and other prohibited substances. Their compact size makes them easy to take in your gym bag, to the gym, or when traveling. A carrying pouch and exercise manual are included in the set.

If you want even greater resistance, you can combine several bands.

Mini bands are suitable for a wide range of exercises – use them to activate glutes and hips in side leg raises, for shoulder stability in rotation exercises, or as extra resistance for squats and lunges. They are well-suited for both warm-ups and post-injury rehabilitation.

Start with X-Light or Light and work your way up as your strength increases. The bands can also be combined for even higher resistance. Store the bands in the included carrying pouch to extend their lifespan and prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
