Effective ab roller with double wheels for increased stability – trains abs, core, shoulders, and back. Compact design and knee pads included. Available in Green and Blue.

The AB Roller Wheel from Thunder Fitness features double wheels that provide significantly better stability and control than single-wheeled models. This makes the exercise more controllable regardless of your level – whether you're just starting core training or looking for an effective tool for home workouts.

With an ab roller, you not only activate your abdominal muscles but also your back, shoulders, and arms, making it a functional tool for full-body stability. The compact format, with a total width of 31 cm, takes up minimal space at home, in the gym, or in your gym bag.

Included knee pads make training more comfortable and protect your knees on hard floors. Made of ABS and steel tubing for durability session after session.

Place the abdominal wheel on a flat surface and start from a kneeling position. Roll out as far as you can with a straight back, then pull back using your abdominal muscles. The dual wheels provide extra support and reduce the risk of losing balance, making the exercise safe even for beginners.

Use the included knee pad when exercising on hard floors. When you get stronger, you can challenge yourself by starting from a standing position. The equipment is compact and is an excellent complement to other bodyweight exercises in your home workout routine.
